• The Bell Tower of St. John's Church (https://maps.app.goo.gl/e5ZyHR9zwwBAciX77) — I love it so much! But this deck is available half the year from spring to autumn due to its sensitivity to weather conditions.

  

• Belfry on Cathedral Square (https://maps.app.goo.gl/7yQt6aMaPXhyQkyM7) — one of the my favorite observation deck (you can see the sculptures on the Cathedral, Cathedral Square and a full view of Gediminas Avenue):

  

• Gediminas Castle Tower, or course (https://maps.app.goo.gl/APRD7JBArWDGzrRT6) — general view of the Old Town + view of the modern part (you can definitely climb it once, there is a funicular):

  

• The Hill of Three Crosses (https://maps.app.goo.gl/cFMgtpzk9B6kt65k9) — the highest observation point. But you need to be prepared for a relatively difficult climb up the endless stairs :)

  

• Subachaus observation deck (https://maps.app.goo.gl/QPa3oYJdmzzT3UVq6) — view of the Old Town from the other side (in summer the view is limited due to the greenery of the trees) + nearby you can see the Bastion of the Vilnius city wall.

• Terrace of the CUP shopping center (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Xx8B6X9kvTED65E49) — great view of the White Bridge and the Church of the Holy Apostles Philip James

• Pink&Yellow (business center LiveSquare) (https://maps.app.goo.gl/gwVbjUW8B4c9kcudA) — the perfect view of Gediminas avenue. The terrace can be reached by elevator located in the business center (separate entrance through the inner square, located on Dainavos St., next to the Yellow restaurant entrance). The cafe is closed in winter, but access to the roof is available.
