My pronouns are she/they. I wear many hats in life: founder, instructional designer, DEIA consultant, front-end web developer, project manager, instructor, and coach. Some of the hats you may not know I wear are single mom, multipotentialite, partial polyglot, and plant mama.

Known for my authenticity and vulnerability, I unapologetically disrupt spaces to create change. As a passionate advocate for underrepresented groups, I bring my lived experiences as a neurodivergent, queer, visually and physically disabled Latina to lead conversations at the intersection of Learning & Development and IDEAS:
