Over the past year, well, since the end of June, 2023, I have done episodes on the Darlie Routier Trial. It started as a true-crime episode, and when I found out that there were trial transcripts available, I was just too curious and thought, well, if I feel this way, others might too. And so I began to record the transcripts.
We're now on the closing arguments of the case and soon, my time with the Darlie Routier case will be over and I'll be back to doing individual true-crime cases. But not before I completely finish it out; meaning I want to get the affidavits recorded, I want to get what's happened since then organized and make a "where we are now" episode.
Today, I'm working on the defense closing arguments and soon, the transcript of the verdict, and then the punishment phase. So stay tuned...
