A proposito di Barbarajfaison
creating meditations & tools for self-care
Greetings!
Thanks for stopping by and supporting my work. I'm an lifelong learner who loves creating meditations.
I fell in love with the practice of meditation over 25 years ago and this practice has sustained my ability to choose CALM over CHAOS.
Expansion is what I believe we are here to do… I have been producing the meditations for over ten years and I’d love to be able to offer even better quality meditations. so we can all live life better.
