I'm on a mission to show you who the FBI is and what the FBI does by interviewing my retired agent colleagues and debunking myths and misconceptions about the FBI in books, TV, and movies.

Since January 2016, I've been hosting FBI Retired Case File Review, a true crime and history podcast featuring 300 plus interviews with retired FBI agents. I have loved every minute of every episode I've produced. But as an independent podcast host, it takes a lot of time and work to post a show every other week. I need help.
I'm using your contributions to pay someone to help me edit and produce the podcast.
I'll continue to bring you case reviews with the case agents of the Miami Shootout, Unabomber, Madoff, Polly Klaas, Robert Hanssen, Watergate, Jeffrey Dahmer, and Oklahoma City bombing investigations, as well as other fascinating but not as well-known FBI cases.

Hi Jerri,
I'm curious to know why a retired FBI Agent's political views are a factor in being featured on your podcast.
Their service to our country should be the primary focus, and I believe prioritizing political views over their service creates the appearance of a discriminatory selection process. Given that the podcast focuses on the experience of retired FBI agents, their political views seem irrelevant.
I understand you may have your reasons, but talking politics on the podcast is different than what is expressed on social media.
So, could you explain the reasoning behind considering political views when selecting guests, particularly in the case of CJ529(on TikTok & Substack), a retired FBI agent of 27 years, and his wife, also a retired FBI agent?
Best Regards,
Liza & Chauncey
I believe everyone has the right to voice their political views. Because I identify myself as a retired agent on social media, I try to post things that uphold the professional decorum of my FBI career and credibility. I prefer to associate my "brand" with retired agents who represent the FBI similarly.
