Check out nxtbible, a Bible app made for reading and studying Scripture on your computer.
nxtbible started as a small project for my own reading and has grown a lot since then. It is built with Electron, React and TypeScript, and it runs on Mac, Windows and Linux, as well as in any browser at nxtbible.com.
The main goal was to make a Bible that is calm and easy to read in, with real study tools just one click away. Most importantly, the app had to be free. You don't have to pay for anything. There are no ads, no accounts and no in-app purchases. You download the app, and everything is available to you right away.
If you are using nxtbible and run into any trouble, or have an idea for a new feature, feel free to reach out to me.
