Weakpass API FAQ

Hey folks!
The most common questions I was asked about weakpass.com API were:

- Can I use it for my project?
- Are there any limits or quotas?
- Is it free, or what is the price?

So, I realised that this wasn’t fully clear from the website and API specification; apart from methods and examples, there are no answers to the above questions. Whatever, so here are the short answers:

- I’m very happy if you will use the API in your projects – personal or commercial. It makes me proud and happy to see the API being put to good use.

- There are no limits, no quotas, no hidden rules.

- The API is completely free. Weakpass has always been, and will continue to be, a non-profit project - no charges, no tricks, no “register with your email to get an API key”.

Use the API in your projects, build your own services based on Weakpass, and create better tools. From my side, I’ll continue maintaining the project for as long as I can.
