We are all probably using our phone too much. I know I am. That's why I made this to force me to put my phone down. A break screen with a photo of my own choosing that covers my entire phone to prevent me from using it. Naturally, I chose a photo of my cat looking at me with judgement. Figured maybe others want a photo of their pets or anything to judge them too.
How it works
1) Choose your usage time limit (time ranges from 10 to 30 mins)
2) Select a photo for your break screen
3) When your time is up, TAB will display your personal break screen and will start a 5-minute countdown
*if needed, you can skip the break by pressing "skip break"*
*you can also pause monitoring by pressing "pause monitoring"*
How to install (only for android)
1) You may need to temporarily disable "auto block" found under security and privacy to install
2) Install TAB.v1.apk with package installer
3) If a pop up warning shows up, press install without scanning
4) Once app is installed, select usage time limit
5) Pick your break screen photo
6) Allow requested permissions
7) Press "start monitoring" if the app doesn't automatically start
TAB does not upload, sell, or share any data/information with third-parties. This is an independent project. I do not have time to collect and sell/share your information. All your information is stored internally.
