I have been introduced to a world Miraculous!
Not some other world
in some fictitious heaven
but Here!
This very world-
where chaos is the order of things
and Love;
A happening rare!
Where to drag oneself
from one desire to another
is considered normal
and healthy
And any attempt to free oneself
of all the shackles
mental or spiritual
is considered sheer madness.
And yet
hidden within this world
is another world
But is it really hidden?
We have ignored it
deliberately
and always.
We don't teach our children
The ways of the Buddhas
Our schools are not meant to teach
Love and Compassion
and Meditation.
And so, no one knows of Bindumati;
A woman, a prostitute
who got Enlightened!
Yes! An Enlightened prostitute!
No one knows of Vazid,
A muslim hunter
who got awakened
Watching a deer take a leap
before the arrow could leave his bow!
No one knows of Balya the bandit,
who woke up to liberation
chanting a wrong mantra!
No one knows of Gora Kumhar,
the mystic potter, or
Raidas, the cobbler Buddha,
No one knows of Rajjab and Dariya,
Dadu and Sunder das,
Of Joshu and Nansen,
Of MaTzu and ChunagTzu,
Of Saraha and Tilopa,
Of Bayazid and Rabiya...
We have been asleep
To the world of the Awakened ones
We have been asleep
To our own possibilities.
Yes, I have been asleep...
Until one fine day
i woke up to Osho!
And a new Universe;
A Multi-verse
began to show up before me
Where paradox is the norm
and absurdity, the Law!
And where Love is Life!
Not my love or your love
But LOVE!
