About ZenJen Brown
A Sacred Space for all of us
Welcome to a space of healing, connection, creativity, and community. πποΈ
Hi, Iβm ZenJen. π
I created this community to have a place, a sacred space, where we all could come together and be human. To talk about what matters. To write what's true. To breathe. To rest. To listen. To laugh. To connect. To simply be.
π BECOME A MONTHLY SUPPORTING MEMBER
Monthly Supporting Membership is a big part of how we keep it going. Membership begins at just $5/month. Your membership helps support the Zenful Conversations Community ... and gives you access to offerings created especially for our members.
A NEW WRITING WORKSHOP EVERY WEEK
As a Monthly Supporting Member, youβll have access to our weekly Zenful Conversations Writing Workshop, and the recording afterward.
A new workshop is added to your private playlist every week, giving you something fresh to write with. Join us live when you can or use the replay and write on your own time.
AND THEREβS MORE...
Throughout the month, members also receive access to special practices, gatherings, conversations, and recordings of many of our events.
Some things we do are open to everyone. Others are created especially for the people who help support this community each month.
And truly, your membership matters.
It helps me continue creating the writing workshops, conversations, meditation and rest practices, poetry events, special guests, community gatherings, and all the other things that have become part of Zenful Conversations.
I canβt do this by myself. I need your help and your support.
Your $5 monthly contribution really does mean a lot to me. It helps me continue doing this work and holding this space for all of us.
Membership begins at just $5/month, with additional membership options available if youβd like to support a little more, and receive a little more, too.
I believe in what weβre doing here, together. I believe that every time we choose connection, presence, creativity, kindness, and healing, it reaches beyond ourselves.
We heal ourselves. We help heal one another. And, in our own small way, I believe we help heal the planet as a whole.
Thatβs the work. Come as you are. π
A LITTLE ABOUT ME...
Iβm 62 now, and I didnβt start this work young. I came to it in my 50s, through my own need to heal, change, slow down, and find a different way of living in my own skin.
Somewhere along the way, that very personal journey became my lifeβs work.
Today, Iβm a Teacher of Presence, internationally certified C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, Meditation Instructor, Reiki Energy Master, ordained minister, writer, editor, and founder of the Zenful Conversations Community.
Iβve spent years studying yoga therapy, meditation, restorative and trauma-informed practices, energy healing, and the nervous system. I trained with Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng through The School of Awakening, and presence is not simply something I teach. It is something I keep learning how to live.
Iβm also an ordained minister and officiate weddings, funerals, memorials, and other meaningful moments in peopleβs lives. This is work I hold very close to my heart.
I started Zenful Conversations in 2019. I had no grand plan. I just knew I wanted more honest conversation in the world. What grew from that still amazes me.
Today, we gather online for writing workshops, poetry, open mics, meditation and rest practices, conversations with poets, writers and creatives, special events .... and sometimes simply to celebrate and spend time together.
I also host the Zenful Conversations Podcast and YouTube channel, with hundreds of conversations, meditations, and other offerings.
Iβm the editor of Peace, Please and INTENTION OF LOVE, community poetry anthologies bringing together voices from around the world. These anthologies are offered freely in digital format on our website, ZenfulConversations.com.
We're beginning a new series ....Living Your Poetry..... exploring what it means to not only write about the things that matter to us, but to live them? Check out the schedule to see the amazing people that will be with us for this series.
These days, Iβm less interested in fitting into a title and more interested in what happens when we make room for each other. I love the conversations weβve been able to have together, and I truly thank you for your support.
Iβd love you to be part of this community - I show up with my whole heart, and honestly - I need your support.
Namaste. π
