I'm Zain. I'm a delivery leader and one of roughly 350 Accredited Kanban Trainers in the world, with 11+ years running programmes at the BBC, Microsoft, and Rolls-Royce. I've put a lot of time and money into Kanban, Agile, and Scaled Agile training to really understand how work flows.
Flowgauge started as a personal project. I built the first version in my own time, to use on my own delivery work, because I wanted honest flow metrics without the usual baggage. It grew from there, and now I'm adding all the bells and whistles.
The web version is free, so anyone can get real value from it: upload a Jira export and get proper flow metrics right in your browser, with nothing ever leaving the page. The desktop version is where the deeper features live, and I'm pricing it fairly as a one-time purchase rather than yet another subscription, because I'm tired of tools that lock your data behind a monthly bill. Design and the overall experience were a priority from day one, not an afterthought.
