a mental health advocate.
Welcome to my Coffee page! If you’ve enjoyed @Mentalhealthyxe, learned something from my writing, or felt seen through my work, I’d be so grateful if you’d consider buying me a coffee as a way to show your appreciation and support.
It costs over $500 a year to keep my website running and cover editing software expenses. Your donations help offset these costs, and anything extra goes toward supporting my own mental health needs.
Every contribution makes a difference—thank you so much for helping me continue this work!

Thanks everyone for your support in 2025! With your generousity I was able to get to a little over 50% of my goal, which helps me to cover the costs of my website and graphics subscription! It may feel like something little to you but it does really help me out to have a bit of support in covering these costs. Since starting my website in 2018 my resources page has been accessed over 12,000 times ...

A huge thank-you to everyone who contributed this year (and in previous years)! With your support, we reached around $420, an impressive 85% of the goal. Thank You!! Your contributions help cover costs like website fees, graphic design expenses, and, let’s be honest, they also give me that fuzzy, “I’m appreciated”, feeling. I’m rolling over the same goal of $500 for 2025! let’s see wha...
