Germany Visa Information via Yugo.pk
Traveling to Germany, be it for tourism, business or other purposes, has become more organized and stress-free thanks to the 1985 Schengen Agreement. While citizens of Schengen member states enjoy visa-free travel within the territory, persons from foreign countries require an agreed document, the Schengen visa, to enter the territory of Schengen countries, including Germany.
The main purpose of the Schengen Agreement is to abolish border controls between member states, providing unrestricted access to nationals of the listed countries, including Germany.
In Germany, visitors are allowed to visit other Schengen zone countries such as Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, and more. However, some nationalities may require a Schengen visa before entering the zone and Germany.
A short-stay Schengen visa allows a maximum of 90 days (3 months) to stay in Germany within a 180-day period. However, engaging in paid activities during this period is not permitted.
