À propos YogaWithBri
helping others create connection between mind, body, and spirit
Welcome! I'm Bri and my mission is to help guide people back to themselves. In this busy society where accomplishment, multitasking, and achievement are ingrained into us as the only measures of success that matter, my goal is to create and hold space for people to connect with themselves and discover what it is that they want for their lives.
Who are you when you're not being who the world tells you to be?
Who did you want to be before you decided that was too "unrealistic?"
What would bring you the most peace, the most joy, the most contentment in your life, and what would it take to help move you from where you currently are to that point?
I use a variety of methods to guide this personal exploration process, including: incorporating the 8 limbs of yoga; guided meditation; visualization; journaling exercises; sound healing; and more!
