1. Frog pose
Pose benefits: it opens and stretches the hips, the inner thighs, and Groin.

Hold on to the pose for 3-6 breath cycles, or do it as a separate exercise for 5 minutes a day.
Modify with props
If Frog Pose is too intense for your hips at the current level of flexibility, don’t be afraid to use some props to make yourself more comfortable. A couple of yoga blocks under the forearms, yoga blankets under the knees or a bolster beneath the upper body can be a great help for making this pose more relieving and enjoyable.
You can take some yoga blankets or yoga knee pads handy for sensitive knees.

Stretch the right leg out to the side. Keep the left palm planted under the shoulder—Lengthen your spine. Inhale, and place your right arm in the sky. Exhale, and slide your right arm through to the left. And then repeat on the other side.

Stretch the hamstrings, exhale deeply, bend the knee in lizard pose, inhale, and straighten The right leg. Repeat this movement.
5. Bound angle pose - Suota Baddha Konasana
