Hi there, I am Edmund. A 37 year old Chinese male from the Little Red Dot aka Singapore who is a lupus (22 years since I was a Secondary 3 student) and stroke survivor (since 2016), a current peritoneal and hemodialysis patient (since 14 Dec 2021) of more than 3 years.

Knowing my background, you might be thinking what can this 37 year old guy teach me about health and wellness since he is still overcoming his kidney failure condition?

I had my reservations about whether to share my story and what I have learnt over the years battling with various health conditions and wondered how would people judge me?

Afterall, I am still in the midst of overcoming my health condition, which has taught me the true value of being alive.

However, after doing my Energy Bagus practice on 25 Feb 2025 and listening to a recent podcast from Sadhguru, I had the courage to relaunch this blog to share my journey. I am sure it can benefit people who are going through or have gone through a similar journey as me.

"Forget about the past, learn from it. Don't worry about the future, just do what needs to be done now. Don't worry about the outcome as the Universe has the best plan for you. Past and future are all illusions, the only reality is the present."

My purpose for creating this blog is to inspire and not to teach anyone what to do with their lives since you have an inner intelligence that already knows what you need to do.

Having said that, Yeo International is designed to inspire people to lead optimal lives regardless of their circumstances. Everything I say here is based on my personal experiences.

I am not a trained doctor, nutritionist, or dietician. I am just a regular guy who enjoys studying about health and wellness. Taking what I have learned and applying it to see how I can improve my quality of life.
