Відомості Filip Hove Kristensen
Hi, I’m Filip — thank you for being here.
I spend much of my time meeting people in Ukraine — one cup of coffee at a time.
Conversations, small encounters, shared stories in cafés, kitchens, shelters, offices, trains. This is where I learn the most, and where Yellownotes.dk began.
I run Yellow Note, a platform dedicated to sharing books, ideas, and voices from Ukraine. My work focuses on deepening understanding, building connections, and supporting projects that strengthen Ukrainian civil society, culture, and recovery efforts. I travel, interview people, write, translate, listen. All to help support projects that help Ukrainian civil society, veterans, and local communities.
Over the years I’ve travelled widely in Ukraine, interviewed people, collected stories, and created talks and podcast material to bring more awareness to what is happening — not only the war, but the culture, resilience, and the everyday courage of Ukrainians. Now many people have asked for recommendations, insights, and resources, so Yellownotes.dk has become a way to gather everything in one place.
If you choose to support you help me continue:
• Buying coffee for the people I meet ;-)
• Highlighting Ukrainian writers, thinkers, and cultural voices
• Building networks for collaboration and recovery projects
• Sharing hope, context, and understanding with a wider audience
Your support means more than you know,
- Filip
