If you're new here, welcome! This is a space for the gluten-free and Celiac communities to come together. My platform focuses on raising awareness and advocacy for Celiac and gluten-free living, health equity concerns in the Celiac and GF communities, and sharing how you can still live your best life while being gluten free!
You may also know me from the #gfbakeryproject, where I am visiting every gluten-free bakery in the US and creating a free and accessible database with all of these businesses information and with my personal experience at each.
As a young Black woman and woman of color, it's really important to me to be that representation and that voice that I was missing when I was first diagnosed with Celiac, IBS, GERD, and several other chronic conditions.
Thank you so much for supporting me and for continuing to watch and share my content! Making these connections and growing this community has been such a rewarding process. 💚
