If you are reading this I do want to say thank you for being patient with me as I work on myself. I have just made a fairly personal video that will go live once it is uploaded today on my channel Finding Your Serenity. If you are interested to know what has been going on with me it's explained in the video. I feel slightly guilty for just leaving this site after saying that you would be able to see anything private I post in here for life. I know not to put so much pressure on myself for this because I was struggling and needed a break. I never intended to leave forever and I think I might be back for good.
My intention for my YouTube channel was firstly to improve my life and find my own serenity and then help others once I had done so. Little did I realise that it would take many years and there would also be many ups and downs along the way and that what I was looking for was ultimately just self-acceptance, self-kindness because I had many wounds from my childhood and from the judgement I faced towards myself and by others for being neurodivergent.
Furthermore, I want to tell you that your support, through whatever means that may be, has been very much appreciated.
