I'm a singer-songwriter, children's play-write, ecstatic dance facilitator, Insight Timer creator and music teacher. I'm deeply passionate about the creative process and always have many projects on the go. My most recent project has been my children's album, "Starseed Lullabies". An album for both children and our own inner children. It's tuned to 432 hertz and has a mix of nature samples, acoustic and electronic sounds. I'm currently working on an Acadian remix EP and a full-length French album, creating more meditations for Insight Timer and looking at bringing my children's musicals to bigger stages!
