Support Louise Lacey

Hi, I’m Lou — a freelance Associate Nutritionist (AfN), and Public Involvement Consultant working in applied health research. My work sits somewhere between evidence, real people, and the everyday decisions we all make about food, movement, and wellbeing.

I write about nutrition without the noise, health without the guilt, and movement that fits real life (not the other way around). I also share insights from my involvement work — making sure health research is shaped by the people it’s meant to serve.

Your support helps me create more accessible, down-to-earth content, keep my writing independent, and continue offering practical guidance that genuinely helps people feel more confident in their health and wellbeing.

Thanks for being here — it means more than you know 💛
