I remain bullish on the housing market. Simply stated, there aren't enough homes on the market, so the balance between supply and demand favors the homebuilders. This group of stocks has been phenomenal for the past few years, and especially so since the market bottomed in October 2022.
Yet, there are other sectors of the market which may favor from this long term bullish megatrend in the homebuilder stocks.
