Everyone has a story. Most go untold. Nobody Famous is where I'm trying to tell mine — and a few others along the way.

Hi, I'm Katharine. I left a perfectly stable career to write full-time, which is either the smartest or the dumbest decision I've ever made, depending on the week. My debut novel, Inside Henry Cato, launches on September 22, 2026. In the meantime, I’m working on novel #2, and I publish essays and short fiction on Substack at Nobody Famous — mostly true stories, occasionally embellished for dramatic effect.

All kidding aside, writing full-time is a leap I took on purpose, but it's also just ... a leap. If a piece has stayed with you, a coffee genuinely helps — it goes straight toward the unglamorous stuff that keeps the work going: writing, editing, the hours it takes to make something actually good instead of just done.
