People ask me, Erich, I’m building a relationship with a fellow entrepreneur.
I like what they believe in, I want to be there for our success.
But its just starting.
How do I know what to say?
Think of your business topics as an iceberg.
Before he passed, my mentor made me write out narratives for the surface, underwater, and the tip.
To further the metaphor, Ice bergs are mountains upside down.
Which means, narratives at the tip are reserved for what you say to those you want to take to the mountain top.
Let's just start with the questions my mentor gave me.
I invite you to imagine what you could do if you knew of the purpose of your existence.
How can we take control of what people see on the surface?
Refine the narratives we tell ourselves on the inside?
The following exercise increases the chances of productive conversations happening in your life.

And pre camera pukes really are a thing.

Meaning: recent developments made it easier to start talking again.
I realized these notes on Iceberging from a conversation between my & John while I was nervous about business networking.
...Take notes in life.
Develop a system for your successors to find solutions for themselves in your absence.
This way, daily free-writing becomes a chance to train yourself to be eloquent in fewer words.
