The artistic process is divided into 5 parts, and each has its own characteristics. Read each one carefully to know your rights and duties.
1 - Pre-purchase
1.1 Before buying, you can send me an email to [email protected], in order to ask any questions
1.2 The artist can refuse any client's request, either because he does not feel good about making a certain art, or because of the client's bad manners. Be aware that this type of action will result in a refund given by: (Amount paid - Fees paid). In other words, you will receive 100% of what I received, which is different from the 100% you paid.
1.3 The fees cited on refunds involve fees paid for BuyMeACoffee website and the Stripe payment service.
1.4 Before purchasing, you claim to have legal age (+18), or that you have permission from your parents or guardians to purchase.
1.5 You agree that the card used is legally in your possession, and you are aware that I am not responsible for it.
1.6 About the art you will receive, you agree that you should not use it without the artist's credit (The artist's signature must be on the art when you use it publicly)
1.7 Keep in mind that your name, or the last 4 digits of your card, can be requested to confirm your identity as a buyer.
1.8 The artist will not draw:
-Insects
-Gore
-NSFW art *
The artist will draw:
-Furrys in general
-Cub (SFW only)

2 - Agreement
2.1 After contacting the client, please send me any ideas and references you have about how you want your art. Remember that the more references, the faster your art will be ready.
Ps: References are required, unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Before the artist started drawing, you can ask for a full refund, but remember that fees will be reduced from it: Refund = Amount paid - Fees
2.3 When the artist is in agreement with the client, the next step is taken.
3 - Sketch
3.1 From here, the design started and you are not entitled to a full refund.
3.2 You will be constantly updated about the work and you will be able to make up to 2 (two) changes in the art, as long as your changes are not very different from the order made in the previous phase.
3.3 If you do not like the final sketch, and no agreement is made, you can have a partial refund: [(Amount paid - fees) X 50%]
3.4 You will receive the sketch in up to a week, but there will be no official deadline
4 - Refinement
4.1 At this stage, no refunds will be available.
4.2 In this step, your art will receive the finishes that are listed in the plan you purchased, such as (but not limited to) painting and shading.
4.3 You will be constantly updated about the work and you will be able to make up to 2 (two) changes in the art, as long as your changes are not very different from the order made in the previous phase.
4.4 The complete artwork will be delivered in 2 weeks since this phase started, but there is no official deadline.
5 - Final
5.1 Your art will be complete at this stage.
5.2 You have the right to have your art in Hd, Full Hd, 4k and 8k
5.3 Asking Chargeback to get your money back is a crime and will result in legal action against you.
