Hey everyone! I wanted to share something exciting with you all — a book is finally on its way.
A couple of years ago, I had the idea to put together a book about my pinhole photography journey. Last year marked 10 years since I captured my very first pinhole exposure. Over that decade, I've worked on various pinhole projects and even thought about making some zines along the way. But I always felt that, before doing that, I needed to create something that told the story of the full journey — from that first image to where it’s taken me since.
So this book will be just that. Mostly made up of images, it’ll also include little stories and reflections from over the years — moments, thoughts, and turning points that have shaped my path in pinhole photography.
I mentioned this idea a while back but hadn’t really started anything at the time. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking through different formats and approaches — but now, I’ve actually begun work on it. It’s going to take some time, but once I find my rhythm, I think it’ll start to come together in stages fairly naturally.
Also, part of why I’m sharing this here is because once I say it out loud (or write it down!), it becomes real — and something I have to follow through with. So thank you for being here, for reading, and for supporting this journey. I’ll keep you posted as things move along.
