About Wild Flow Yoga
creating affordable + accessible movement and wellness classes
Hey 👋 My name is Sam and I am an RYT 500 through the Yoga Alliance. I teach yoga classes every week at NMSU as well as private sessions both online and in-person (if you're local to Las Cruces, NM).
My mission is to provide affordable + accessible yoga to the community. This practice is life changing and I am honored to share it with you!
When I'm not teaching yoga, you'll find me hanging out with my family. I also crochet, so check out the shop if you'd like to snag a handmade top for yourself :) I'm so excited to connect with you!
