Buy Eric Wilde a coffee

Thank you so much for stopping by. I wanted to share a little about myself, and if you are interested, please continue reading.

I’m Eric, your guide to embracing the beauty of the outdoors and the simple, joyful moments life tosses our way. I currently hang my hat in California, but my spirit roams the vast landscapes of the Midwest and beyond. My journey hasn’t been a straight path—navigating through personal storms led me to rediscover my passion for the wild, open spaces where we all stand as equals under the vast sky.

At the Wilde Escape, we dive into adventures, gear reviews, and those unplanned, spontaneous moments that bring us back to our true selves. From the calming shores of the ocean to the imposing quiet of the mountains, my mission is to inspire you to step out, breathe deep, and find your own escape.

Life’s an adventure worth sharing, and I’m here to bring those stories to you, urging you to find happiness in the escapades that await just outside your door. So, let’s lace up our boots and set out together, discovering the wonders of the world, one step at a time.
