Instead of writing a bio about myself, I thought I’d leave you with something I consider far more valuable.

This is one of my favourite quotes and one that genuinely changed the way I see myself and my life:

“The degree to which a person can grow is directly proportional to the amount of truth they can accept about themselves without running away.”

It’s not always comfortable to face the truth about ourselves.

But I’ve learned that the parts of ourselves we’re most willing to look at honestly are often the very places where the greatest growth begins.
