It always feels a little crazy and a bit too early to start talking about Christmas events in mid-October, but here we go! Whether you are in Toledo, Detroit, or Las Vegas we hope you will join us at one of our December events to help celebrate the holiday season. We begin on Dec. 1 with Carols & Ales at Batch Brewing Company in Detroit. This will be our third year celebrating in Corktown, and we are super excited to be back. Our Carols & Ales events (like all of our Song & Drink series events) are part performance, part community singalong, and all fun. We perform some Christmas favorites, and then get the whole room singing to some traditional drinking songs. It is loud, it is fun, it is festive. It really is a unique community event - great for friends and family, but also to meet new people and enjoy an uncommon shared experience.
One week later you can catch us in Henderson, NV (Vegas, baby!) for another Carols & Ales event at Lovelady Brewing. Henderson has changed a lot since I lived there (2011) and the Water Street District is awesome! We really had a great time at Mojave Brewing this summer for our Sea Shanties event, and We have been hosting events at Lovelady since 2017 (!!!). We love our crowd in the Vegas valley and hope to have another packed bar this year.
The following weekend we will be in Toledo for another round of Carols & Ales at Earnest Brew Works in Downtown Toledo. We have also hosted this event since 2017, and because you all seem to love it so much we will have back to back performances. Join us on Dec. 15 or 16.
Tickets for all of these events go on sale Nov. 1 at 9am ET. You can purchase them here. We do expect to sell out for all of the events, so make sure to purchase early if you plan to attend.
Finally, if you are in Toledo and you just can't get enough - we will also be singing at The Ribbon at the Riverwalk in Glass City Metropark on Saturday, Dec. 21 from 5-8pm. This is a FREE event. You can make reservations and go skating at the Ribbon, stop by and have some food and drink at the Garden by Poco Piatti, or just come and hang out in the park. If you do join - please stop by and say hello. Let's take some pictures, you can singalong, whatever - this is just an opportunity to have some fun and spread a bit of holiday cheer.
So -- does it feel WAY too early to be talking about December events? A little bit - but we really love spending time with all of you. We hope you will come out to support local music and local breweries and enjoy a few hours of song & drink.
