Before I was even a teenager, I was the one friends and strangers alike turned to when they were struggling with depression or just needed someone to listen. That passion for support eventually led me to the biking community, where I worked with Mental Health Motorbike up until 2025. I’ve seen firsthand how a shared passion for two wheels can break down walls and save lives. Now, I’m taking that spirit on a journey to help those I encounter along my travels and eventually launch Rev Your Resilience upon my return
