A versatile musician holding three degrees in early music performance, Weronika frequently performs as a soloist and chamber musician on the harpsichord and organ. Fascinated by the harpsichord since early childhood, she grew up in a family fostering artistic talents and interests. At 18, she was accepted to study this instrument at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Switzerland, where she moved to pursue education with Andrea Marcon.
Further degrees in organ, pedagogics, and medieval keyboards, as well as private study with Christophe Rousset in Paris, expanded her musical horizons, gaining recognition at international competitions such as the Rheinsberg Comptetition (2026, 1st Prize, Melograno), Göttingen Händel Competition (2024, Bärenreiter Urtext Prize and Sustainable-EEEMERGING Prize, Régence sonore), and the Broadwood Horniman Harpsichord Competition (2015, 3rd Prize). Reviews of Weronika’s performances have highlighted her “praiseworthy colour” (Ruch Muzyczny 6/2026), “professional mastery, demonstrating both virtuosity and sensitivity in the command of the instrument” (Lithuanian Musicians Association, 3/2026), and her “stylistic mastery and refined sound” (Scherzo, 1/2023).
As a founder of the ‘La reine danse’ project alongside choreographer Zuzanna Grzegorowska, Weronika strives to contextualise her performances through collaborations with other artistic disciplines, as well as lectures and writing.
