YOUR WELLNESS JOURNEY BEGINS NOW!

Do you want to improve your overall health and wellness, but need a little encouragement? Are you looking for support on your weight-loss journey? If it's encouragement and support that you need, I'm here!

My name is Victor and my wellness journey began in 2004 when I joined Weight Watchers to lose weight. With a positive attitude and a commitment to improved health, I lost 50 pounds. Even after losing weight, I still found myself thinking in ways that weren't helpful to my wellbeing. I realized that my weight loss was only a piece of the wellness puzzle.

Hoping to find more pieces of the puzzle, I started working as a coach for Weight Watchers. During my award-winning 17-year career with the organization, I learned what it takes to be successful in weight loss and maintenance — and how to shift away from an unhelpful mindset. I also figured out ways to make change fun. Most importantly, I learned how to inspire others to meet their wellness goals, and how uplifting it is when we are inspired by each other.

If you are looking to jumpstart your commitment to weight-loss or self-improvement, consider Well and Good. I know what it is like to want to lose weight, and having lost weight and maintained, I can offer the support you need. Whether you belong to a weight-loss program or are on a wellness journey of your own, I have the tools and experience to help you be successful.

Thank you for your interest in Well and Good. I look forward to working with you.
