Following up on our "I had a setback. Now what?" topic discussion, I came upon this article that gave me pause for thought.

It got me thinking: "when I have a set back, what caused it? Was it stress, not getting enough sleep, or my eating patterns that day?" There may be multiple causes to a setback. It's helpful to know what those cause might be to help dissect the situation. There are always opportunities to understand ourselves better in order to get closer to our goals.
