Hi there! I’m Giedre, a passionate food freedom holistic coach dedicated to helping women break free from the exhausting cycles of dieting, food guilt, and self-doubt. My work is fueled by a deep desire to empower women to reconnect with their bodies, embrace self-trust, and find joy in food and life again.
What drives me is seeing the transformation in the women I work with—their newfound confidence, freedom, and ability to enjoy life without the shadow of restrictive rules or guilt. It’s an incredible honor to guide them on this journey, and it inspires me to continue creating resources, tools, and supportive spaces for growth.
