Happy Monday coffee friends!
It's been exactly three months since I arrived in Colombia, and as of today, I've documented 34 women coffee producers' stories for my ongoing project #WeBelong.
It's been quite a journey, and just last week, I had the pleasure of going back to the South of Tolima (Planadas & Gaitania) to wrap up my project there and more than that, to face my fears haha. But It ended up being a pretty uplifting trip for me and for We Belong.
I'd like to thank ofi Olam for believing in me and supporting me on this trip. Also, I'd like to thank Rodrigo Santamaria Jaimes, Paola, and Catalina González Sánchez for helping me put this trip together. As always, the BIG thank you goes to Gilma, Niyider, Marlibia, and Ana Elena for letting me into their lives.
As the last update, I've moved to Medellin a few days ago, and I'll be spending the next 3 months here.
