PaceDeck — 7-Zone Swim Pacing Calculator

Stop doing pace math on deck. ⏱️

I built PaceDeck because I was tired of doing pace-chart maths

by hand between sets, or maintaining a spreadsheet that only I

understood. Enter one test time, and it instantly builds a full

7-zone training pace chart — for your whole squad, on your

laptop, your phone, or a TV on the pool deck.

WHAT IT DOES

– One test time in (200, 400, 2000, or 3000) → a full 7-zone

pace chart out, instantly

– Works for Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly, and

IM

– Supports LCM, SCM, and SCY, with the distance units switching

to match

– Squad Dashboard: your whole team in one searchable, sortable

table, with side-by-side multi-stroke and multi-course support

per swimmer

– Custom Set Builder: build tonight's actual set and every

swimmer's numbers update to match

– TV Mode: a bold, glowing full-screen display built to be read

from across the pool deck, so swimmers can check their own

splits without asking

– Backup, restore, CSV export, and print/PDF built in

– Works completely offline, on any modern browser, on any device

WHO IT'S FOR
