I started walking in September with your podcast but the past few weeks my motivation has been no where to be found. Our weather is still between winter and spring and very unpredictable. My health progress is at a standstill and at times I feel like “What’s the point.”
With that being said, I’m on day 217! Thanks to Walking is Fitness, I know that what I’m doing is good for me. I know that I’m doing a hard thing. I also know that my commitment to walking is stronger than my lack of motivation.

This podcast has really helped me stay consistent with all of my fitness goals. Even if I miss all my fitness obligations altogether for a period of time, jumping back in with walking is such a great way to reset and get back on track. This podcast specifically helped me stay active through the longest, darkest parts of winter, and it’s much appreciated!
For every quarter this year, if I get to 25 walks, I’m buying five coffees to show my support. Quarter 1 is over, and I surpassed my goal by a lot. Thanks, Dave!

Today, March 31st, I completed my 90-day challenge that I began on January 1st. Thank you for your motivation! I would have never done it without your daily podcast. In fact, I would have never even thought of doing something like this on my own. I just printed a new tracker in hopes of continuing the habit.

I set off most mornings with your podcast in my phone Dave, and tell myself 10 minutes will do. Remember Felix? He just kept walking. So do I.
For the past couple of weeks I have averaged over 8000 steps a day. Thank you for that!
