The Wales Ukulele Project is a not-for-profit organisation that uses music to build communities for the purpose of tackling loneliness and promoting wellbeing.

We run our own classes and sessions in partnership with charities and community groups. We also run workshops and events, as well as support teachers and community leaders.

Our profits go towards donating ukuleles and resources to community groups, schools and libraries.

The aim is to be a support for ukulele groups and clubs within Wales and to provide a starting block for people to find a group to socialise and not feel alone. It’s not just about the music but the social interaction everyone gets out of singing and socialising with others.
