Thank you a million for fixing my Cameo 5!! Just out of curiosity, may I ask how you made your design? Did you start with a 3D scan, or just measurements, or ... ?
Thank you for the donation! I designed it from an unbroken one. It was a combination of measuring it manually with callipers then trial & error printing it a few times and adjusting. Something also that helped was I used a picture I took from the side profile as a reference in the CAD programme I use (fusion 360). I could trace out a sketch on top of the picture.

Perfect function,I´m sure this will last. I have hade multipel broken parts.
May I suggest a modification. The centerpin for the spring is slightly too high which reduces the possibility of full lifting of the roller wheel. Reduce centerpin to max. 0.5mm protrusion height. The reduction also facilitates the installation of the spring.
