I tell you this now before it happens, so that when it does take place, you may believe that I am He [who I say I am—the Christ, the Anointed, the Messiah]. So they weighed out thirty pieces of silver as my wages. Then the Lord said to me, 'Throw it to the potter [as if He said, ‘To the dogs!’]'—that magnificent sum at which I was valued by them. So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them to the potter in the house of the Lord."
Fulfillment: Matthew 26:14-16 (AMP) - "Then one of the twelve [disciples], who was called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests and said, 'What are you willing to give me if I hand Jesus over to you?' Fulfillment: Matthew 27:12-14 (AMP) - "But when the charges were brought against Him by the chief priests and elders, He did not answer. Then Pilate said to Him, 'Do You not hear how many things they are testifying against You?' But Jesus did not answer him, not even to a single charge, so that the governor was greatly astonished."Crucified with Criminals: Isaiah 53:12 (AMP) - "Therefore, I will divide and give Him a portion with the great [kings and rulers], And He shall divide the spoils with the mighty, Because He [willingly] poured out His life to death, And was counted among the transgressors; Yet He Himself bore and took away the sin of many, And interceded [with the Father] for the transgressors."
Fulfillment: Mark 15:27-28 (AMP) - "They crucified two robbers with Him, one on His right and one on His left. And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, 'He was counted with the transgressors.'"Pierced for Our Transgressions: Isaiah 53:5 (AMP) - "But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was crushed for our wickedness [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing]; The punishment [required] for our well-being fell on Him, And by His stripes (wounds) we are healed."
Fulfillment: John 19:34-37 (AMP) - "But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came [flowing] out. And he (John, the eyewitness) who has seen it has testified [and his testimony is true], and he knows that he is telling the truth, so that you also [who read this] may believe.
