Behmor Light Roast Recipe

I roasted a wonderful Mauricio Salaverria Finca Himalaya El Salvador Honey Process Maragogype coffee to a nice light roast using the Behmor 1600 Plus. The complete recipe is on the PDF when you download this file. You can watch the complete roast here at my youtube channel:

The result of this coffee were great. It was indeed a light roast with a moisture loss of 11.75%. The total roast time was 10 minutes.
