Creating Scenery and Airports for MSFS 2020

Hi,
I am Sebastian, aircraft engineer and PPLA license owner. My home base is EDST (Hahnweide) near Stuttgart, Southern Germany. Virtual flying I already discovered in my early years, but with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, a level is reached, that is close to real flying experience. Virtual flight is great to practice landings on airports where you have never been before or were you will never be because it is too remote or your license is not valid. Moreover, it will improve your understanding of extreme conditions, that you would normally avoid … and remember, this is just the beginning : )
So what can be improved? When flying a real aircraft in VFR conditions, you would look out for highways, large cities, lakes and rivers to navigate. This is already pretty good in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. However, to enhance the experience of VR flight, I investigated how to create points of interested in the area around my home base and created workflows to do this for different kind of objects (e.g. telecom towers, power plants, historical sites, wind turbines). Also some airports are missing and small airports are sometimes of low geometric detail, so I also see this as part of my scope of development.
In the beginning, the motivation was to improve my own virtual flight experience, but since I invested all the time already, I thought it would be great to publish the content as well.
If you have comments or questions, feel free to contact me. You can also send me a request, if you like to have a special scenery / object / airport, that is missing in MSFS 2020.
