iThink Logistics Shipping Integration By Viral Addons

Connect your store directly to iThink Logistics to deliver orders across India through leading courier networks including FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom Express, Ekart Logistics, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Gati, and Smartr.

This integration automates your entire fulfillment workflow: from calculating accurate delivery rates at checkout to dispatching shipments and printing official courier shipping labels.

Core Features

• Live Courier Rates at Checkout: Calculates real-time delivery costs based on the customer's delivery pincode, parcel weight, and shipping mode (Surface or Express).
• 1-Click Shipment Dispatch: Announce shipments to iThink Logistics directly from the order details page to generate instant Air Waybill (AWB) numbers.
• Instant Shipping Label Printing: Download and print official courier waybills in a single click.
• Live Parcel Tracking: Built-in modal window to view step-by-step courier checkpoint timelines, tracking links, and delivery status updates.
• Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD): Seamlessly handles both online prepaid orders and COD collections.
• Automated Warehouse Registration: Register and sync pickup locations directly from your settings without needing to log in to the courier portal.
• Fallback Rate Protection: Configure a backup delivery rate so customers can always complete checkout even if courier services temporarily time out.
• White-Label Checkout Display: Optional toggle to hide "iThink Logistics" branding and display only the courier partner name (e.g., Delhivery Express).
• Automatic Status Updates: Automatically updates order statuses from Processing to Picked Up, In Transit, and Delivered.

Multi-Vendor Marketplace Capabilities

Built with full multi-vendor support for marketplace stores:

• Flexible Account Options: Sellers can either ship using your platform admin account with zero setup, or easily connect their own personal iThink Logistics account credentials.
• Independent Seller Pickups: Each vendor enters their own shop address and pincode so packages are dispatched directly from their location.
• Granular Admin Permissions: Choose whether all vendors, only selected vendors, or none can use the platform shipping account.
• Vendor Dashboard Integration: Vendors can manage pickup locations, dispatch orders, and print shipping labels directly from their vendor portal.
• Active Warehouses Overview: Admin panel provides a clear summary of all registered vendor pickup locations.

Quick Setup (3 Easy Steps)

Frequently Asked Questions

Do sellers on my marketplace need their own courier contract?

No. By default, sellers can ship using your platform account with zero onboarding friction. However, vendors can also easily connect and use their own iThink Logistics account (Access Token & Secret Key) if they prefer to manage their own billing.

How does courier pickup work for multi-vendor orders?

When a vendor clicks dispatch, the courier is routed directly to that vendor's registered address and pincode, not the platform admin address.

What happens if a customer enters a remote pincode?

The plugin automatically tests serviceability. If a remote address cannot be quoted live, the system applies your configured Fallback Rate so the customer can still checkout smoothly.
