I originally created the service for myself, but after having used it for a while with great results, I couldn't help but make it available to other passionate collectors. However, I didn't have a website and the service only searched for releases from my favorite artists.
Lots of hours and cups of coffee later, VinylAlert was up and running. Since then, I've been working on enhancing the service and adding new features. I have many ideas for improvements that will make the service even more useful for its growing user base, and I'll keep implementing as long as you find it useful.
My goal is to always keep the service free to use, and as I don't like ads, this page is me trying cover the server costs.

Finally just subscribing. This is a fantastic service and should basically be standard for anyone even remotely interested in collecting. I've snagged so many limited releases because I was able to get to them first—chump change to keep it going. Keep up the great work! 💜
