Über Vilia Ciputra
creating arts & writing about health, lifestyle, and minimalism.
Hello, nice to meet you! 😊 My name is Vilia, I'm a contemporary artist and creative writer.
I was sick and had to stay for a month in the hospital on late 2022. A virus attacked my brain stem and I had to have neck infusion (CVC) for three weeks straight. Since then, I've been living healthier, lost 22kgs by March 2023, and start to share practical tips on healthy lifetyle, along with diverse insights, creative arts, and minimalist living that I usually post on my instagram and blog.
Thank you for joining me on creating a better tomorrow by supporting my works and reading my writings. I hope they will be most useful for you.
