๐บ๐ฆ ABOUT ME
My name is Viktor and I'm Ukrainian. You can call me just Vik. I was born 38 years ago in the city of Dnipro, raised there and later moved to Kyiv where I started my family and my career. My wife is from Kharkiv and we used to spend summers in Odesa, so this diverse perspective throughout the nation made me connected to a strong sense of Ukrainian identity.
Prior to the war, I was a graphic designer and never really thought about writing. However, in those inexplicable moves of life, I found inspiration amidst the anguish and so started to compose some articles here and there in my spare time. Now there are more than 150 essays, portraying my personal point of view about the anxiety, tension, hope, and bravery shared by Ukrainians these days.
๐ MANIFEST
I believe that words and feelings are a powerful instrument in this outrageous war because everyone in the world needs to know what is happening here. Happening particularly in our minds, in our souls. Connecting our souls, no matter how far we are, is the only possible way to raise awareness that today's Ukraine can be any other nation's tomorrow, and how Russia presents a real threat to civilization.

This is my contribution to a better Ukraine and to a better world. If everything goes wrong and destiny choses me to depart from existence, may these impressions here go beyond and make some difference. Thank you for your support.

Thank you for all of your posts, I hear words of despair, of hope, of an energy to stop the invasion. Most of all, we are grateful that you and all of the brave Ukrainian people are not giving up the fight for independence . However, your fight pains me as well as all of the Ukrainian supporters here because the putin aggression is beyond comprehension. Your pain and suffering in the wake of defending your country will stay with us forever. We, the people, the ones paying attention, are always with you.
