Before the COVID-19 pandemic settled in for a stay a year ago, I took portraits of cats and kittens ready for adoption. I miss the challenge of trying to get them to hold still for 1/800 of a second and those moments before I picked up the camera, our "get acquainted" time where I'd just snuggle and play with the kitty.
I still write their bios (look for available cats and kittens at www.bfpa.org). But I look forward to getting the COVID vaccine so I can get back to photographing kitties and helping them get adopted, as well as building my pet photography business.
