I am a mental health therapist, anti-ableist advocate, educator, and consultant.

I live with and specialize in working with chronic pain and illness, helping others learn how to live fuller, more empowered, and vibrant lives with chronic conditions in tow. I also advocate for change in structures and systems that create constraints or barriers to health and stigmatize chronic conditions.

Buying Vickie a coffee will help her in her mission in outreach and advocacy through writing and building community online, as well as continue offering therapy services to those with limited funds, increasing accessibility to care for all.
