Hello, I’m Sara, writing and creating as Verdandi Weaver.

I create books, videos, music, reflections, self-scans, and gentle resources exploring what it means to become more fully human.

My work moves through themes such as awakening, healing, the nervous system, relationships, society, compassion, creativity, and grounded wholeness. It is rooted in the understanding that we are not separate from our bodies, from one another, or from the living world around us.

I am also the creator of Rethinking Society, an ongoing video and resource series asking how we might build a more human world. The series explores leadership, economy, education, healthcare, work, technology, peace, community, care, and the Earth through one central question:

What would we build differently if life came first?

I am not here to tell people what to believe or to offer a fixed path. I create spaces for reflection, recognition, and honest questions. Spaces where we can return to our own inner voice, listen to the body, notice what is shaping us, and imagine more caring ways of living together.

Through books, spoken texts, music, videos, and practical reflection tools, I explore both the inner and outer dimensions of being human: how we heal, how we relate, how systems affect us, and how ordinary acts of care can ripple into something larger.

Much of this work is shared freely because I believe thoughtful, grounding resources should remain accessible. Your support helps me continue writing, recording, making music, creating new tools, and developing future books, online circles, Rethinking Society episodes, and spaces for deeper conversation.
